Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery We ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.
Free Shipping Holiday special: we offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $25.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.
Local Pickup Prefer to skip the wait? Select Local Pickup at checkout to collect your order in store at no charge. Orders are typically ready within 1 business day. We'll send you an email when your order is ready for pickup at our Lititz, PA location.
Fragile Items Many of our products — including glass ornaments, ceramic luminaries, and glassware — are carefully packed to arrive safely. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos and we will make it right.
Holiday Order Cutoffs To ensure delivery by Christmas, we recommend placing orders by the following dates:
- Standard shipping: December 15
- Expedited shipping: December 19
Orders placed after these dates may not arrive before December 25. We appreciate your understanding during the holiday season.
